Emotional support for Buncefield victims (St Albans Observer)

FREE support is being offered to anyone emotionally affected by the Buncefield explosion. The Mayors Recovery Fund has been supporting victims financially and emotionally since the blast, but wants to reach out to those who may be suffering Post Traumatic Stress.
