Plain Dealer Reporter Big-box retailing in Cleveland is about to get much, much bigger. As of 8 a.m. Wednesday, when a Wal-Mart Supercenter opens for business at Steelyard Commons, the city will have 217,000 more square feet of retail space than it does today.
